True to the inescapable need to raise public awareness of Cultural Diplomacy, the Hellenic Institute of Cultural Diplomacy aims to bring to the public debate the major issues of Greek Identity, this time giving the floor to young people. To young people who think critically and reflect. In this context, the Institute has the special pleasure to announce the creation of the first Forum of Cultural Diplomacy in Greece entitled “AGORA Cultural Diplomacy Youth Forum”.
The Goal
The theme of the event aims to introduce students and young people to the core of Cultural Diplomacy by examining its aspects in the light of the use of social media. Through an interactive interaction, young people will have the opportunity to express their views and shape the flow of discussion within an “Agora”.
The innovation
The innovation of the above project lies in the fact that the speech will be moved from the podium of the speaker to the square, where the attendees will take the floor, for a 1 ′ minute position on the topic that will be introduced by the four-member committee. In this way it was designed for the listener to be no longer a passive recipient of information but an active interlocutor who will participate creatively in the dialogue.
