The term “Science diplomacy” refers to the cooperation between peoples at the scientific level to solve common problems and crises, as well as to establish constructive cooperation of international scope. It is a form of so-called “new diplomacy” (21st century) based on research and education for the outcome of scientific, technological and international interest.
